Compensation$40-$54/hr depending on experience
*$3/hr night shift differential
Shifts: Full-Time Nights, 3 - 4 shift rotations, weekend availability a must

Key Responsibilities- Provide skilled, in-home nursing care to assigned patients
- Develop and follow individualized care plans
- Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain compliance with DOL, CMS, and state regulatory requirements
Qualifications- Current RN license in the state of Colorado
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle
- Home health experience preferred but not required
- Must pass pre-employment screenings
