Qualifications

• Current Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario as a Registered Nurse; familiarity with the PACT (ACTT) Model.
• Minimum three years' experience in a mental health setting focusing on assessment, treatment, consultation, and education for adults.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
• Knowledge of psychiatric medications and the Mental Health Act.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality mental health assessments and treatments to adult populations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in a community-based outreach setting.
• Educate clients and community agencies on mental health resources and best practices.
• Act as a clinical resource for students and team members.
• Navigate complex situations with the required clinical knowledge of mental health legislation and treatments.”

• Travel to various locations to deliver services as needed.
