  • Operational Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve systemic issues to ensure seamless patient care delivery.
  • Policy Architecture: Develop and implement clinical procedures to maximize departmental efficiency.
  • Fiscal Stewardship: Manage unit budgets and oversee expenditures to ensure long-term financial health.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.


Education:

  • Bachelor's in nursing required.
