Join the dedicated team at Levindale Hospital's Hall 1 Rehab/Subacute Care unit, where compassionate caregivers help patients recover, regain independence, and transition successfully through their rehabilitation journey. Hall 1 is a fast-paced subacute rehab environment caring for patients with a variety of medical conditions including post-surgical recovery, orthopedic rehabilitation, cardiac conditions, wound care, IV therapy, and other skilled nursing needs.

Summary:
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a critical role in coordinating care, supporting patients and families, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to help patients regain independence and improve quality of life.
What You'll Do- Provide safe, age-appropriate nursing care in a rehab and subacute setting
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments while monitoring patient responses
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, recovery goals, and discharge planning
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing assistants, and interdisciplinary teams
- Accurately document patient care and outcomes within the electronic medical record
- Serve as a clinical resource and advocate for patients and families
- Support a positive team culture focused on compassion, safety, and excellence
Qualifications- Active Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) License
- American Heart Association CPR Certification
- Associate degree in Nursing required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and electronic medical records
- Less than one year of RN experience welcome to apply
Pay Range: $34.33 to $53.21 Based On Experience
