Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery
Boulder Community Health, Boulder, CO 80303

$44.62 - $62.93 an hour - Full-Time Nights, 36 hours per week.
*Range includes night differential. +$2.50/hr for weekend shifts.

BCH is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Labor & Delivery team in the Family Birth Center. In this role, you will provide direct, compassionate care to laboring mothers and high-risk obstetrical patients throughout the childbirth experience. Responsibilities include fetal monitoring, labor support, circulating cesarean sections, patient assessment, care planning, patient education, and responding to changing maternal and fetal conditions in a fast-paced acute care environment.

Working collaboratively with OB/GYN physicians, certified nurse midwives, anesthesiologists, neonatal providers, and interdisciplinary care teams, you will support patients through labor, delivery, recovery, and high-risk obstetrical situations while promoting safe, evidence-based care and exceptional patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a patient-centered RN who thrives in a dynamic Labor & Delivery environment, demonstrates strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills, and is passionate about women's health, labor support, fetal surveillance, obstetrical nursing, and family-centered care.
