Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center is seeking a compassionate, skilled Clinical Research Registered Nurse to support inpatient research protocols and provide outstanding nursing care for patients participating in clinical studies.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in nursing (ADN) (Required),
- Bachelor of Science in nursing (BSN) (Preferred) and
- Applicants with an associate degree in nursing will be considered. Per nursing guidelines, must matriculate into a Bachelor of Nursing program.
- MD RN or compact Registered Nurse License (Required)
- CPR - Basic CPR (Required)
- 1-year Med/Surg nursing experience; prior research nursing experience a plus but not required-training and support will be provided.
- Strong clinical assessment skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow protocol-driven procedures.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills; ability to collaborate with research teams, physicians, and interdisciplinary staff.

Salary Range: Minimum 39.64/hour - Maximum 61.45/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
