Overview:The Direct Care Registered Nurse - Home Health and Hospice Provides high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes or hospice settings, ensuring comfort, dignity, and emotional support during end-of-life care.
Anticipated Status/Shift:Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Evening Shift (4PM-12AM)
Position Location: Sentara Hospice Services - South Boston, VA (travel can include up to a 50-mile radius for position)
Salary Range: $33.61-56/hour

Requirements:Education- Associate's Degree in Nursing (Required)
Certification/Licensure- Valid RN License in state of practice (VA) (Required)
- BLS (Required within 90 days of hire)
Experience- 1 year of nursing experience (Required)
- Previous Home Care/Hospice experience (Preferred)
