What You'll Do- Provide nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Coordinate care with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Monitor client health, medications, and treatment plans.
- Train and support direct care staff on health-related needs.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure quality care.
- Respond to changes in client health and provide clinical guidance when needed.
What We're Looking For- Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- CPR/First Aid certification for Healthcare Professionals.
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills.
- A caring, patient-centered approach and a passion for helping others.
