Full Job Description
As a Full-Time Registered Nurse, Health Center Manager, you will provide care to client employees at our Health Center located in Waterford. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong nurse leader looking to make a meaningful impact through both clinical leadership and direct patient care in a collaborative and highly visible role.

As the Health Center Manager, you will oversee day-to-day clinic operations while leading a patient-focused culture centered around quality, service excellence, and wellness. This role is ideal for a confident and engaging RN leader who enjoys mentoring teams, building strong client relationships, driving operational success, and remaining hands-on clinically when needed. You will have the opportunity to influence the patient experience, support strategic initiatives, and help shape the overall success of the health center.

The clinic is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, offering a consistent weekday schedule with no nights, weekends, or holidays - creating an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse leader seeking both impact and work-life balance.

What You'll Do
  • Manages daily operations, staff, and workflow to ensure efficient health center performance
  • Oversees hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management of staff (typically composed of RNs, LPNs, administrative, and technical staff)
  • Allocates time to patient care and technical expertise as needed
  • Monitors patient flow, patient utilization and penetration
  • Identifies process improvement opportunities, workflow efficiencies, determines root cause analysis
  • Serves as infection control lead, collaborates on quality initiatives and maintains compliance with regulations
  • Communicates corporate policies, conducts meetings, and engages with client representatives
  • Completes incident reports and assists with investigations and complaint resolutions
  • Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
  • Performs other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Current license as RN in state of practice
  • Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services
  • Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN/COHN-S), Emergency Nursing, or Case Management preferred and may be required for some sites
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in the medical field
  • 2 - 3 years of management experience
  • Experience accessing CDC, WHO, APIC or other industry standards for Infection Prevention practices

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $81,536.00 - $101,920.00 annually. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.
