Passionate Nurses at The Arc of San Diego!. You will provide care to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their own home. The Arc of San Diego operates nine (9) ICF-DD-H residential facilities across San Diego County.
Please note: This postion will support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will be responsible for 3 residential homes throughout San Diego County. Location: San Diego/ Chula Vista Pay: The pay for this position is $47-$52.Schedule: Tues- Sat 7a-3:30pWho you are:- Comfortable providing full care coordination

A typical day will include:- Physical and nutrition assessments
- Developing individual health care plans
- Providing case management support
- Oversight for clients' specialty appointments
- Pharmacy and medication review
- Psychiatrist and mental health review
- Scheduling and attending coordinated client service planning meetings
What you'll need to be successful:- CA license as Registered Nurse
- 6 months hands on experience working with people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
- Valid CA Driver's License with clean driving record
We'd love it if you:- Have experience using electronic case management systems (Therap)
- Previously provided in-home care in individual or group setting
- Experience working with people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
