Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in PICU, Pediatrics, or NICU required
• Diploma in Nursing or Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) required; BSN preferred
• Valid Indiana Registered Nurse license
• Current CPR certification required; additional certifications may be necessary
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; heavier lifting may be required in certain departments

Responsibilities

• Independently plan and deliver nursing care aligned with physician orders
• Adhere to hospital and departmental policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with ANA Standards of Clinical Practice
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Indiana Nurse Practice Act
• Uphold the ANA Code of Ethics in daily practice
• Adapt to various specialties within PICU, Pediatrics, and NICU as needed
