How you'll make an impact in this role- Design, implement, and evaluate clinical specialty programs; assess program efficacy and recommend continuous quality improvements.
- Formulate and document comprehensive care plans and therapeutic protocols aligned with evidence-based practices.
- Act as a primary clinical resource for nursing staff, providing guidance, education, and direct supervision as needed.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure all ordered clinical resources, supplies, and equipment are secured promptly.
- Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date program documentation in accordance with clinical standards, hospital policies, and regulatory guidelines.
What minimum requirements you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date require.
- Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred.
Education:
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of
hire.
