Schedule: Days | Full Time

Salary Range: $92,458.08 - $130,536.36 per year

How you'll make an impact in this role

  • Design, implement, and evaluate clinical specialty programs; assess program efficacy and recommend continuous quality improvements.
  • Formulate and document comprehensive care plans and therapeutic protocols aligned with evidence-based practices.
  • Act as a primary clinical resource for nursing staff, providing guidance, education, and direct supervision as needed.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure all ordered clinical resources, supplies, and equipment are secured promptly.
  • Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date program documentation in accordance with clinical standards, hospital policies, and regulatory guidelines.


What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date require.
  • Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred.


Education:

  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of
    hire.
