- Design and launch comprehensive professional development programs that standardize clinical excellence and directly advance the organization's strategic health goals.
- Nationally support system level education in partnership with the Sr. Director.
- Forge collaborative partnerships with internal leaders and external stakeholders to co-create learning pathways that reflect the evolving needs of modern patient care.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of educators, fostering a culture of continuous growth and ensuring every staff member is empowered to reach their full potential.
What minimum requirements you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:
- Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) obtained within 18 Months (1 1/2 year) of hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
What additional preferences we're seeking- ANPD Certification.
- Master's Degree.
