Registered Nurse Director to join our team in Newark, OH, USA. Responsibilities:- Provide expert clinical leadership and guidance to our nursing team, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive, individualized care that meets their unique needs
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team, including developing and reviewing assessments, goals, and interventions
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, Joint Commission, and state and federal laws and regulations
- Participate in quality improvement activities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient outcomes and quality of care
- Collaborate with other departments, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy, to ensure seamless coordination of patient care

Requirements:- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Ohio
