Clinical Manager - Registered Nurse (RN) to join our leadership team in a

What You'll Do- Provide clinical oversight for skilled home health services
- Supervise, mentor, and support Registered Nurses, therapists, social workers, and home health aides
- Review OASIS documentation, plans of care, and clinical records for accuracy and compliance
- Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, CMS, and state regulations
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate quality patient care
- Assist with case conferences, performance improvement initiatives, and quality assurance activities
- Monitor clinical outcomes and implement strategies for continuous improvement
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, coaching, and evaluating clinical staff
- Serve as a clinical resource for the field team and leadership
Qualifications- Active Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) License Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of Home Health Clinical Management or Supervisory experience preferred
- OASIS experience required
- Strong knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation and home health regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with WellSky Home Health preferred
- Passion for leading teams and delivering exceptional patient care
