Registered Nurse Clinical Manager to join our leadership team in
Beltsville, Maryland. This is a
full-time, in-office position for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about quality patient care, staff development, compliance, and operational excellence.
What You'll Do- Oversee daily clinical operations of the Beltsville office
- Review OASIS assessments, plans of care, and clinical documentation
- Supervise and support nurses, therapists, social workers, and home health aides
- Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, state regulations, and accreditation standards
- Monitor quality measures and performance improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with physicians, referral sources, and interdisciplinary team members
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and clinical guidance to staff
- Assist with case conferences, audits, and clinical oversight activities
What We're Looking For- Active Maryland Registered Nurse License Required
- Home Health Experience Required
- Previous Clinical Management, Supervisory, or Leadership Experience Preferred
- Strong Knowledge of OASIS, Medicare Regulations, and Conditions of Participation
- Excellent Leadership, Communication, and Organizational Skills
- Experience with WellSky/Kinnser or Similar Home Health EMR Preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
