Registered Nurse (RN) - Clinical II, Emergency Room

What You'll Do

  • Provide and coordinate patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation)
  • Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in clinical status
  • Administer medications safely and in accordance with hospital policies
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge care
  • Communicate effectively with physicians and care teams using SBAR
  • Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record
  • Support infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Advocate for patients and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
  • Participate in quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives
  • Support patient throughput, including admissions, transfers, and discharges


What You Bring

  • 1+ year of recent RN experience in an acute care setting

Requirements
