Assisted is looking for a RN to support our Mission Hills Home Health division to cover the San Fernando Valley.
We have full-time or per diem opportunities, if looking for full-time you will be expected to be open to cover the Santa Clarita Valley as well as a backup.
What you will do:As a Home Health RN you will deliver holistic, home health care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation; and you will effectively interact with patients, caregivers, and other health team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing practice.
Who you are:
- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
- Current, active license in the State of California by the Board of Registered Nursing.
- Current CPR, health clearance and clinical skills self-assessment.
- Successful passage (80%) of Agency competency exam and core competency per skills checklist.
- Minimum of one year of professional nursing experience.
