Salary Range: $42.43 - $59.90 per hour
How you'll make an impact in this role- Provided direct nursing care to behavioral health patients, conducting comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and monitoring patient progress throughout treatment.
- Developed, implemented, and updated individualized nursing care plans aligned with multidisciplinary treatment goals and patient needs.
- Collaborated with interdisciplinary treatment teams to participate in case conferences, revise treatment objectives, and coordinate patient-centered care.
- Facilitated therapeutic interventions, including group therapy sessions, evaluated patient responses to treatment, and modified care plans to support positive clinical outcomes.
What minimum requirements you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:

- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job
transfer date required.
Education:
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of
hire.
