Registered Nurse - Assisted Living$40.33-$50.33/hour based on experience, plus a $2.00/hour shift differential for 2p-10p. Full-time Registered Nurse opening at Pitman Manor, a United Methodist Communities assisted living community in Pitman, NJ.
What you'll do:- Partner with leadership to keep resident care and outcomes on track
- Coordinate assessments, care plans, and family communication
- Watch for changes in resident condition and respond before small issues become big ones
- Oversee medication administration, documentation, and compliance
- Manage resident health services: appointments, referrals, and care coordination
- Keep the floor safe through hands-on clinical oversight
What you'll need:Required:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current, active RN license in New Jersey
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Ability to complete a flu vaccination (medical/religious exemptions available) and pass a drug screening
Preferred:
- BSN
- Experience in long-term care or assisted living
