This position requires community-based appointments within Franklin County for up to 75% of your working day. Mileage reimbursement is applicable at current federal rate.
Compensation: ASN @ $42.00/hour, BSN @ $45.00/hour.

Your Role in Patient Care:
As a vital member of our team, you'll provide1,248 patient service hours annually (104/month) through:
• Medication Management - Assess mental health status and oversee treatment plans
• Vitals & Monitoring - Track and assess patient health
• Treatment Coordination - Connect patients with essential care resources
• Patient Education - Support wellness strategies for both physical and mental health
What You Need to Join Us:
• Nursing Degree - ASN required, BSN preferred
• Active Ohio RN License - Must be in good standing
• Experience - At least one year in clinical or psychiatric settings preferred
• Crisis Intervention Skills - A plus!
• Valid Ohio Driver's License - Must have fewer than 4 points on record
