Registered Nurse to join our premiere behavioral health facility in
Yuma, AZ. This is a full time, direct hire opportunity and comes with an outstanding benefits package including a

Position Overview: - Full-time | 3x12-hour shifts
- Non-rotating schedule
- Shift options: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Pay: $42-$65 per hour based on experience
- Shift Differentials:
- Weeknights: 10%
- Weekend Days: 15%
- Weekend Nights: 30%
Key Responsibilities: - Provide care in a detox and behavioral health setting
- Develop individualized care plans and complete risk assessments
- Collaborate with clinical and support staff to ensure safe patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatment and progress
- Help patients access essential community resources
What We're Looking For: - Active RN license in Arizona or a compact state
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Genuine interest in behavioral health and helping others
- Open to new graduates and experienced nurses

Pay Details: $42.00 to $65.00 per hour
