The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in California is $49.00 to $53.00 hourly. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to
years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc.We are looking for Part-Time Certified Dietary Manager or possibly a Full-Time Regional candidate with extensive experience.Responsibilities: Reviews the dietary requirements of each resident when admitted to facility and as may be required, and assists the attending physician in planning resident's prescribed diet plan.
Develops nutritional plan of care in conjunction with facility interdisciplinary members.
Performs documentation duties as required and in accordance with company charting and documentation policies and procedures and government regulations. Ensures documentation is accurate, informative and descriptive of resident's condition, care provided and resident's response.
Inspects food storage/supply rooms, food prep/service and dining no less than monthly and makes necessary recommendations.
Bachelor's degree from accredited college required, preferably in dietetics or related field; completion of state or American Dietetic Association approved training program preferred.
Registered Dietitian required and licensure where required.
3-5 years' experience in acute or long term care environment required; previous experience in multi-facility management preferred; supervisory experience preferred.
Food production management experience and knowledge of MDS process preferred.
