Salary Range: $45.62 - $54.30

As a member of the interdisciplinary team conduct nutritional assessments and implement/evaluate interventions on inpatients across a variety of clinical programs and disease states.

Posted hours does not constitute a guarantee that shifts will not be subject to change.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Four year undergraduate degree from a Dietitians of Canada accredited university with a major in human nutrition (or equivalent is required)
  • Member in good standing with the College of Dietitians of Ontario is required
  • Member of Dietitians of Canada is preferred
  • Experience with in-hospital patient care including medicine, diabetes, cardiology, liver health, surgery and ICU
  • Experience with nutrition support in the acute care setting
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as a member of an interdisciplinary team required
  • Comfortable and experience with individual counselling
  • Demonstrated ability to attend work on a regular basis
