Compensation & Benefits- Competitive starting pay of 55-58 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities- Provide preventive and periodontal care with a focus on patient comfort, education, and clinical quality
- Take the time to understand each patient's needs and concerns
- Help patients understand their oral health and feel confident in their treatment
- Build trusting, long-term relationships with patients
- Collaborate with dentists and clinical team members to provide coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
- Contribute to a respectful, positive, and patient-focused practice environment
- Utilize Dentrix, Overjet AI for accurate, cloud-based charting and clinical records
- Perform thorough preventive and periodontal therapies, including scaling and root planing (SRP) and prophylaxis

Requirements- Current New York State Dental Hygienist license, or pending licensure
- Strong clinical and patient-education skills
- A gentle, compassionate, patient-first approach
- Clear communication and a commitment to teamwork
- A dependable professional who wants enough time to provide thoughtful, thorough care
- Open to new graduates or experienced Hygienists
- Active NY RDH License or pending license
