Qualifications

• Licensed dental hygienist in good standing
• Experience in a general dental practice environment
• Strong understanding of regulatory standards of care
• Proficient with computerized, paperless charting systems
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexible hours and manage shifting schedules

Responsibilities

• Provide dental cleanings and preventative care to patients
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and dental health
• Maintain patient records using Tracker Software
• Assist in implementing compliance programs for care standards
• Work collaboratively with the dental team to support overall patient care
• Participate in training programs and onboarding for new staff
