Full Job Description
We are now hiring Regional Wellness Director Full-time to join our Nursing team as a clinical leader at our exclusive Senior Living organization. The Regional Wellness Director (Regional Resident Care Director) is required to frequently travel to our Senior Living communities across Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire, providing support to nursing wellness teams throughout Bridges Memory Care and Assisted Living services. This position oversees the effective implementation and coordination of resident care, ensuring adherence to best practices. Must be an RN or LPN,

Qualifications
  • Interacts with various family members, physicians, health service agencies and hospital liaisons as needed.
  • Supports on-boarding of new wellness team members, evaluates and supervises staff within the nursing department and supports regulatory compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Must be an RN or LPN in the state of MA. CT/NH Nursing Licensure will be required shortly after on-boarding.
  • A minimum of three years' experience in Assisted Living is required.
  • Will need cover vacant Resident Care Director positions until that position is filled. Qualifications
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, staff management, and supervisory skills are essential.
  • Experience in Memory Care Assisted Living and dementia care is strongly preferred.
  • Applicants should be systems-oriented, highly organized, and exhibit robust clinical expertise.
  • Familiarity with Assisted Living Regulations in MA, CT, and NH is necessary.
