Full Job Description
SWBC is seeking a talented individual that serves as the key point of contact and primary relationship manager on behalf of SWBC and its current and potential clients in a specific geographic territory. Key responsibilities include selling all of SWBC's products and services by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers at existing and prospective clients.

Essential duties include the following:
  • Corresponds, calls and meets with prospects and clients to promote and sell SWBC products and services.
  • Knows all key decision makers at clients and prospects, who their business is with for products SWBC offers, and when the term of the agreements ends.
  • Develops sales strategies aimed at driving revenue growth in alignment with company revenue goals.
  • Reviews market analysis information to identify opportunities, customer needs, volume potential, and pricing.
  • Key point of contact with clients to assist them with resolving issues that come in normal business relationship including corrective action needed to maintain profitable business.
  • Gathers discovery data, works with product groups on structure and pricing, and provides required information to Sales and Marketing Support to complete proposals and RFP responses.
  • Organizes and leads actions for presenting proposals to clients and prospects
  • Maintains a full and strategically planned calendar for a minimum of 30 days out for meetings and entertainment with clients and prospects.
  • Keeps Salesforce pipeline information current on a weekly basis by end of day Saturday.
  • Represents SWBC at industry events, chapter meetings and conferences.
  • Owns completing contractual requirements for new transactions as well as renewals.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
