Role Overview: Regional Vice President of Operations

The Regional Vice President of Operations (Central US - ideally based in Dallas, Houston, Austin, San Antonio) will contribute to the company's growth and quality by leading the operational, clinical, and financial success of all infusion centers within their region. This role will set and enforce standards, drive process excellence, and foster strategic partnerships to deliver exceptional patient outcomes, intake efficiency, and regional growth.
  • Hire, lead, manage, and hold accountable Senior Regional Practice Managers and Regional Practice Managers within your region; ensure leadership continuity through effective succession planning and talent development
  • Ensure core processes are followed; implement and standardize improvements where appropriate
  • Manage clinical and non-clinical staffing levels across the region to meet business and patient needs
  • Address escalated patient and referring provider concerns and feedback across region
  • Support regional growth through developing high-value strategic relationships with top referring providers, regional payers, and other key partners
  • Drive profitability improvements through de novo site identification, M&A integration, and other strategic projects
  • Ensure a positive, collaborative, and high-performance culture across region
Location: Region (central)
- Remote, with ability to travel to centers regularly
- Ideally based in Dallas, Houston, Austin, San Antonio
