Full Job Description
The Role

The Regional Vice President owns the performance, growth, and culture of an entire region in Arizona -- revenue, profitability, operational excellence, guest experience, talent development, and new store growth. This is a player/coach role: you will set direction for District Managers and General Managers, partner with the CEO, COO, and executive team to turn enterprise strategy into store-level execution, and demonstrate that how we achieve results matters as much as the results themselves.

What You'll Own

* Operations -- Regional performance against revenue, same-store sales, profitability, labor, productivity, and guest experience; consistent execution of standards at every location; regular store visits to coach leaders, recognize great work, and close performance gaps.
* Growth -- Regional growth strategy, new store openings, acquisitions and market expansion, plus Fast Pass membership, fleet sales, and strategic partnerships.
* Financial leadership -- Budgets, forecasts, P&L review, capital expenditure ROI, and disciplined expense control.
* Talent -- Leadership pipeline, succession plans, career pathways, and a labor strategy that strengthens recruiting, onboarding, and retention.
* Strategy & insight -- Long-range regional plans, dashboards and reporting, competitive and market analysis, and technology adoption that improves visibility and efficiency.
* Partnership -- Trusted operational advisor to executive leadership, with cross-functional work alongside Finance, HR, Marketing, Technology, Sales, and Development.

What Success Looks Like

A region that is growing, profitable, operationally excellent, guest obsessed, people powered, innovative, aligned with corporate strategy -- and fun to work in.

What You'll Bring

* 10--15 years of progressive senior operations leadership, including 5+ years leading multiple production or service locations
* Proven multi-unit results: revenue growth, profitability, operational improvement, and service excellence
* Financial fluency across P&L statements, balance sheets, budgeting, forecasting, and operating metrics
* Track record of developing leaders and building high-performing, geographically dispersed teams
* Experience leading organizational change and executing regional growth strategy
* Strong analytical judgment, communication, coaching, and influence in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
* High integrity and a genuine passion for developing people and creating exceptional guest experiences

Core skills: strategic thinking, operational leadership, financial management, talent development, coaching and mentoring, change management, complex problem solving, data analysis, planning and forecasting, and cross-functional leadership.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

The role requires keyboarding, hearing, and verbal communication, along with frequent standing and walking, and periodic bending, twisting, kneeling, crouching, and mobility across uneven surfaces. Frequent lifting and carrying of up to 25 pounds and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds is required, with or without reasonable accommodation. This description is not an all-inclusive list of responsibilities, skills, qualifications, or working conditions; management reserves the right to modify duties as necessary.

What We Provide
  • Medical/Dental/Vision
  • Accrued vacation and sick time
  • STD, LTD and Life Insurance Options
  • 401(k) with match
  • Free weekly car washes
  • Tuition reimbursement
  • Company vehicle or car allowance
