Full Job Description
Title: Regional (Travel) Director of Nursing

Job Duties: Under the supervision of the assigned campus administrator, directs and coordinates all aspects of nursing, including, but not limited to, infection control, pharmacy, laboratory, quality assurance, medical records, and staff education. Ensures compliance with established policies and procedures of the overall program and timely completion of respective reporting requirements. The Regional (Travel) Director of Nursing is also responsible for the maintenance of quality improvement activities in compliance with current licensing and accrediting policies and regulations. In addition, the Regional (Travel) Director of Nursing supports all disciplines in the development of a marketing strategy and efforts to network with existing and potential referral sources.

Temporarily fills nursing leadership vacancies, vacations, leaves of absence, new program start up, operational crisis or provides interim augmented nursing support across campuses in the assigned region.

Openings: Crestwood is looking for 2 Regional (Travel) Directors of Nursing. One for the Northern California (primarily bay area) and one Southern California (San Diego) regions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
  • Master's degree (MSN or MHA) is preferred.
  • Active unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of California.
  • Minimum of 1 years Nursing supervisory experience within the last 5 years.
  • CPR and first aid certified (American Heart Association) is preferred.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.

Pay Range:

$166,400-$187,200 USD
