Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a company-wide training program for all employees
  • Build a formal Train-the-Trainer program and certify trainers to corporate standards
  • Manage document control systems including SOPs and work instructions
  • Support compliance with ISO standards and other regulatory requirements
  • Lead process standardization across operations and other teams
  • Develop KPIs and dashboards for training effectiveness and document control
  • Support succession planning, leadership development, and cross-training initiatives
  • Coach trainers and site leaders on instructional methods and adult learning principles

What You'll Get to Do

As our Regional Training Manager, you'll own the systems that keep our people trained & our processes standardized across every facility. This role is about building organizational capability, not just administering it.

Job responsibilities include:
  • Developing & maintaining a standardized, company-wide training program for salaried & hourly employees
  • Building a formal Train-the-Trainer program & certifying trainers to consistent corporate standards
  • Owning the document control system, including SOPs, work instructions & controlled document repositories
  • Supporting compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OSHA & other regulatory requirements
  • Leading process standardization efforts across operations, quality, safety, engineering & supply chain teams
  • Developing KPIs & dashboards that give leadership visibility into training effectiveness & document control performance
  • Supporting succession planning, leadership development & cross-training initiatives across all locations
  • Coaching trainers & site leaders on instructional methods, adult learning principles & facilitation skills
What We Are Looking For
