Full Job Description
Regional Therapy Resource: Seattle/Tacoma Area; Western Washington.

Ensign Services, Inc. (ESI) is seeking an energetic and dynamic Therapy Resource with at least five years' experience in the skilled nursing facility environment to cover the Washington Market in the greater Seattle/ Tacoma area. This position can be held by a Physical, Occupational or Speech therapist and offers a unique opportunity to support our in-house therapy programs in this region of Washington State.

Experience/Qualifications:

Licensed Therapist

A minimum of five years' SNF experience

Knowledge of PDPM coding rules and regulations

Understanding of the legal and regulatory framework governing the skilled nursing industry

Ability to work with all levels of management on all aspects of therapy operations in a skilled nursing setting

Duties:
  • Works closely with Directors of Rehabilitation and other facility leadership to ensure excellence in delivery of therapy services.
  • Supports the facility team in whatever ways possible.
  • Develops and maintains Ensign culture with all members of the therapy team.
  • Identifies areas of potential improvement and creates and implements training to accomplish this goal
  • Ensures adherence to state and federal regulations pertaining to our industry
  • Travel required 90% of the time, up to 150 miles
  • Candidate location in the Southern Washington area is strongly encouraged

Additional Information:

Salary: Commensurate with experience

Schedule: Typically business hours, but may vary depending on workload and travel needs - 40 hrs/week

Location: Based out of home office and regularly travels to assigned facilities; must reside near a major airport
