Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience preferred.
• 1-3 years of telecommunications or network infrastructure experience preferred.
• 5+ years of fiber optic splicing experience required.
• Fiber optic testing experience required.
• FTTH premise wiring experience preferred, including CAT 5, CAT 6, and COAX installations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking systems needed.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills necessary.
• Participation in FMCSA-compliant drug and alcohol testing program required.

Responsibilities

• Manage telecommunications projects from planning through close-out.
• Coordinate field personnel, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Track project milestones, schedules, and completion percentages.
• Prepare and distribute project progress reports.
• Review production invoices and verify documentation.
• Manage submittals, requisitions, and change requests.
• Provide technical and operational support to field teams.
• Coordinate testing requirements and documentation.
• Oversee inventory, tools, equipment, and fleet maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, labor, and regulatory requirements.
