Full Job Description
Overview

We are seeking a senior technology specialist to represent the Head of Engineering and the global Technology organization across the United States. This person acts as the primary technology voice for US clients, partners, and internal stakeholders, ensuring strong alignment between regional business needs and the global product and platform strategy. This role sits at the intersection of technology, executive client engagement, and regional representation, providing credibility, clarity, and consistency in how our production technology platform is positioned, adopted, and evolved in the US market. This is not a sales or pre-sales role; it is a technology communications position, focused on executive-level technology conversations, trust-building, and long-term platform alignment.

Responsibilities

Head of Engineering Representation & Regional Communication
  • Act as the Head of Engineering's delegate and senior technology specialist for the US region.
  • Represent global technology strategy in executive-level client, partner, and internal forums.
  • Ensure consistent messaging, positioning, and facilitation aligned to global technology priorities.

Executive Client & Partner Engagement
  • Lead senior-level technology discussions with enterprise clients and strategic partners.
  • Provide credibility and assurance on platform direction, architectural principles, and roadmap intent.
  • Act as the senior technology escalation point for complex or high-stakes engagements.

Regional Technology Alignment
  • Serve as the bridge between US regional requirements and global Product, Engineering, and Platform teams (primarily UK-based).
  • Surface market, client, and operational insights from the US region to influence global prioritization and planning.
  • Ensure US-specific considerations are represented without fragmenting the global platform strategy.

Technology Governance & Decision Support
  • Support regional decision-making around platform adoption, integration approaches, and technical risk.
  • Provide informed and strategic oversight rather than hands-on architecture design or implementation.
  • Help resolve ambiguity between commercial ambition and technical reality.

Internal Leadership & Collaboration
  • Partner closely with:
  • Global Product Leadership
  • Engineering, Studio Technology, and Platform leaders
  • Operations and Delivery leadership
  • Strengthen trust between commercial, client, and technology teams through clear ownership, escalation paths, and decision clarity.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in engineering enterprise or platform-led environments at a senior or principal level.
  • Strong credibility engaging with C-suite and senior executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate complex technology strategy into clear, confidence-building narratives.
  • Experience working within global, multi-region technology organizations.
  • Comfortable operating through influence, credibility, and executive presence.

Physical Demands
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
