Full Job Description
Join us as our next Regional Supply Chain Project Manager. Reporting to our Raw Material Planning Manager for North America, you will lead strategic supply chain projects, process improvement programs, and quality processes that support our continuous improvement goals. This role will develop and manage project timelines, roll out plans, and communications to ensure program milestones are achieved. Additionally, this role will have leadership responsibility for directing a variety of resources throughout the Supply Chain and business to assure project deliverables are met.

Location: Cincinnati, OH.

In this exciting role you will:

  • Lead project teams to develop, implement and manage supply chain process improvements and projects regionally across the supply chain.
  • Build approved projects, manage project scope, budget and time-lines.
  • Identify and influence partners.
  • Resolve or escalate issues that might put project deliverables at risk.
  • Work with partner organizations to establish the necessary handover materials where required, and create SOPs that might need sustaining project post implementation.
  • Coordinate training and change management.
  • Plan, organize, and build cost and continuous improvement projects as requested to achieve regional and site goals.
  • Coordinate the collection of all cost inputs that will be used in the cost savings projects. Provide support and data as requested to lead timely benefit from improvement efforts.


Required Qualifications:

  • BA degree in Business or related technical discipline.
  • 10+ years experience in supply chain or production management or a related field.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Experience woking with SAP.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to handle multiple priorities and goals.
  • Knowledge in information technology and process improvement.
  • Analytical and leadership skills.

Additional Qualifications:

  • APICS certification.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or food industry setting.
