Full Job Description
This role can be located in on of the following regions: Americas (preferred), EMEA, Asia Pacific

The Regional Supply Chain Manager will drive strategic performance across multiple sites, establishing operational excellence whilst building organisational capability. This role bridges local execution with global standardisation, leading the function to deliver inventory optimisation, reduced lead-times, and improved on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead supply chain operations across the region, establishing performance standards and accountability frameworks that drive measurable improvements in inventory, lead-times, and delivery metrics
  • Develop and mentor supply chain teams, building technical expertise and capability maturity across all facilities
  • Champion the adoption of Lean methodologies and best practices, translating global tools and processes into local operational gains
  • Collaborate with peer regional managers to shape the global Supply Chain playbook, ensuring consistency in planning excellence, inventory management standards, and KPI frameworks
  • Establish and maintain governance structures for supply chain metrics, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to Group leadership
  • Serve as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams, coordinating complex initiatives that require alignment across multiple regions and functions


Qualifications

Experience Requirements:
  • Educated to degree level or with appropriate workplace experience/qualification
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of manufacturing materials management and Lean methodology
  • Extensive multi-site and multi-regional experience
  • Proven ability to teach and develop others effectively; trainer skills certification preferred
  • Strong data analysis and capture skills
  • ERP subject matter expertise
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven presentation abilities, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated capability to engage globally diverse functional teams and coordinate complex group-level projects successfully

The Successful Candidate:
  • Lead planning system enablement (D365 / DDMRP) to support scenario modelling, MPS execution, and inventory control
  • Build materials planning and supply chain competency across regional and facility levels through training needs analysis, capability assessment, and targeted development programmes aligned to the GSC competency model
  • Establish tools, methodologies, and governance frameworks to enhance supply chain manager and team performance against facility objectives
  • Define and drive strategic inventory reduction initiatives, aligning facilities to targets and action plans for achievement
