Your Role- You will lead the Supply Chain organization across the Americas (U.S. & Puerto Rico), driving regional planning, operational excellence, and business performance.You have already gained 5-10 years of experience in Supply Chain or Logisitics within a multi-site manfacturing environment.
- You will design, implement, and sustain an integrated Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process that aligns Sales, Operations, and Finance.
- You will develop high-performing teams while driving continuous improvement in customer service, inventory, procurement, and overall supply chain performance.
- You will optimize production capacity and balance workloads across multiple manufacturing sites to maximize efficiency and customer service.
Your Profile- You have a degree in Supply Chain Management, Systems Engineering or Business Administration.
- You have already gained 5-10 years of experience in Supply Chain or Logisitics within a multi-site manfacturing environment.
- You are proactive, results-oriented, and self-motivated. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- You have proven expertise in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), demand planning, capacity planning, and supply chain transformation.
- You have experience with ERP implementations, advanced planning systems, and data-driven decision-making.
- You are a strategic, results-oriented leader with strong analytical, communication, and change management skills.
- You have expert level Excel experience for data analysis.
