Regional Service Manager RoleAre you a hands-on maintenance leader who enjoys supporting teams, elevating standards, and strengthening maintenance execution across communities? Join Morgan Properties as a Regional Service Manager and play a critical role in strengthening maintenance performance across multiple communities.
Your Role:- Oversee maintenance operations across the region
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of skilled technicians
- Facilitate training sessions and reinforce consistent maintenance standards
- Ensure compliance with maintenance standards and safety regulations
- Build relationships with vendors and negotiate service contracts
- Monitor performance and implement continuous improvements
This role supports a defined Pennsylvania region spanning multiple communities across Southeastern and Central-Eastern PA, including the Greater Lansdale, Reading, and Quakertown areas. The Regional Service Manager must be able to travel within the region and respond on-site as business needs require, including for urgent or emergency situations.
What We're Looking For:- 5+ years in multi-site and/or regional maintenance leadership
- Strong technical expertise (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
- Leadership skills with a focus on team development
- HVAC certification and/or boiler license a plus
