Are you passionate about growing revenue, developing high-performing sales leaders, and building winning teams?

Auto-Chlor System is seeking an experienced Regional Sales & Operations Director to lead multiple branches across the New York Metro region. This is an executive leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys coaching leaders, expanding market share, strengthening customer relationships, and driving profitable business growth.

You'll partner directly with executive leadership to develop Branch Managers, Sales Managers, and Supervisors while creating a culture focused on accountability, customer satisfaction, and consistent sales performance.

This isn't a corporate desk job. Our best leaders spend time in the field coaching teams, riding alongside managers, meeting customers, identifying growth opportunities, and helping branches win.

If you've successfully led multi-site sales organizations, owned P&Ls, developed leaders, and consistently delivered revenue growth, we'd love to speak with you.
