Regional Sales Manager
Tirecraft ON, Western ON

The Regional Sales Manager leads, coaches, and develops the Commercial Sales Team to drive consistent sales performance, disciplined execution of sales processes, and strong customer engagement across the region. This role is accountable for team performance, sales processes, and the effective use of internal and external resources supporting the Commercial Sales function, while ensuring Representatives actively maintain and grow their accounts and customer relationships. The Regional Sales Manager also leads Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), drives adoption and consistent use of the company's CRM system, and reinforces best-in-class sales practices, accountability, and ongoing professional development across the team.

Base salary position with starting wage range of $100,000-120,000.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • 5-8+ years of progressive B2B sales experience, including demonstrated leadership or mentorship of a sales team
  • Background in tire, automotive, fleet, transportation, or industrial sectors preferred
  • Proven ability to coach and develop experienced sales reps to hit performance targets
  • Strong grasp of sales process discipline, account management, and business reviews
  • Experience with CRM systems; Voze experience an asset
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required
