REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - INDIRECT BPO SALES - Arizona - Central or Western Regions

As a Regional Sales Manager in a B2B FinTech business, you will be part of a growing and dynamic company, partnering with our clients in the financial industry to find the best solutions to address their unique loan origination and business needs.

Regional Sales Manager is responsible for:
• Building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients in the Financial, Banking, and Credit Union industry
• Selling the company's products and services in an assigned territory
• Working to establish new accounts in the territory through successful prospect identification and lead qualification
• Developing and implementing strategies in assigned territory that include building pipelines through various lead generation, including cold calling, walk-ins, and other sales tactics.
• Acquiring and applying knowledge of the company's products and services, the market and industry, and the needs of our clients to better match our solutions to our clients' needs
• Serving as a subject matter expert on the company's products and services
• Provide financial information such as quotes, proposals, and other bid specifications to clients
• Leading and collaborating with team members to ensure an exceptional client experience and effectively close deals
• Maintaining communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest
• Providing regular reporting and territory sales forecasts.
• Consulting with clients to understand their financial goals, timelines, and acceptable risk levels.
• Recommending and preparing personalized proposals outlining various financial services and products to meet clients' needs and goals.
• Assisting in the preparation of agreements, forms, and paperwork
• Conducting presentations and system demonstrations
• Attending tradeshows and industry events related to the role
• Probe and listen to customers, including anticipating and responding to customers' questions and concerns.
• Manage and support independent sales representatives and distribution partners to maximize sales performance.
• Other responsibilities as needed

Regional Sales Manager expectations:

• Will be proficient working in various sales systems and CRMs
• Be able to travel up to 50%
• Experience working in B2B sales, FinTech, SaaS preferred.

Required Qualifications
• Must pass a background check and drug testing
• Valid driver's license
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office.
• 5 years of direct sales experience in the financial sector
