As the Regional Sales Manager, every interaction a Distributor has with you should leave them more confident, more motivated, and more certain they made the right choice building with Unicity.

In this role, you are the face of Unicity in your market. When you walk into a room, the energy shifts. Distributors want your attention, your feedback, your approval• not because you're their boss, but because you're the person who makes them better. You're the one they call when they need a push, and the one they celebrate with when it pays off.

This is not a desk job. You'll be in the field• at events, on calls, in trainings• working directly with the Distributors who drive our revenue. You'll report to the VP of Americas Sales and operate as the single most informed, most connected person in your region.

What You'll Do

Be the Face of Unicity in Your Market
  • Coach, train, and elevate Distributors through hands-on education, live events, one-on-ones, and group trainings. You don't just teach• you inspire.
  • Be the on-the-ground fixer. When problems arise• a Distributor struggling with objections, a system that's failing, an event that needs rescuing• you show up with the confidence and knowledge to put out the fire.
  • Identify and develop emerging leaders who have the potential to scale their own teams.

Own the Intelligence & Drive the Strategy
  • Serve as the primary liaison between your region and Unicity's corporate departments. Surface bottlenecks, broken systems, and missed opportunities'then drive solutions.
  • Maintain a real-time read on your market: competitive dynamics, Distributor sentiment, growth pockets, and risk areas. Translate that into recommendations for leadership.
  • Own the revenue trajectory of your region. Execute campaigns, coordinate launches, and track what's working.

Requirements
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication in both English and Spanish.
  • You have a track record of influencing people without relying on authority• leading teams, rallying groups, building something from nothing.
  • You've done public-facing work: presenting, hosting, training, creating content, or leading communities. You're comfortable with visibility and you seek it out.
  • You have a genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping people improve their lives. This isn't a box you check• it's how you live.
  • You're a self-starter who thrives without constant direction. You see what needs doing and you do it.
  • You can travel regionally 25• 50% of the time and are comfortable working evenings or weekends when events demand it.

Nice to Have
  • Experience in direct selling, network marketing, or field sales.
  • Passion for fitness, nutrition, or consumer wellness products.
  • Bilingual ability (especially Spanish) is a strong plus.
