Full Job Description
RS Medical is seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead and grow sales performance within an assigned territory. This role combines sales leadership, talent development, strategic account management, and direct customer engagement to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.

The Regional Sales Manager will oversee a team of Account Managers, provide coaching and performance support, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to strategic sales initiatives. This position requires a hands-on leader who can balance team management with active participation in high-value sales opportunities throughout the region.

What You'll Do

Sales Leadership & Business Growth
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Managers within the assigned region.
  • Drive regional revenue growth through strategic sales planning and execution.
  • Manage sales pipelines and opportunities using Salesforce CRM.
  • Partner with Account Managers on key customer meetings, closing opportunities, and business development initiatives.
  • Establish account coverage strategies and referral development plans.
  • Analyze market conditions, competitive activity, physician groups, and payor trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide ongoing coaching to improve results.

Team Development & Talent Management
  • Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions and territory reviews.
  • Identify training and development opportunities to strengthen team effectiveness.
  • Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new sales talent.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.

Strategic & Corporate Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales leadership on business objectives and regional initiatives.
  • Attend national, regional, and local conferences as assigned.
  • Support the development and implementation of sales programs, policies, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and expense management expectations.
  • Provide timely reports, market intelligence, and business insights to leadership.

Individual Sales Contribution
  • Actively pursue sales opportunities and manage customer relationships when business needs allow.
  • Maintain the same level of CRM documentation, planning, and account management expected of Account Managers.
  • Support key strategic accounts and high-priority growth initiatives within the region.

  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned region.
  • Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance.

Preferred Qualifications
