The ideal candidate possesses a strong scientific foundation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently manage a regional sales territory while serving as a trusted advisor to customers.
What You'll Do:- Drive territory sales growth and achieve revenue targets for the biochemistry product portfolio.
- Develop and maintain relationships with academic institutions, biotechnology companies, pharmaceutical organizations, and industrial customers.
- Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and technical information.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer accounts.
- Collect and analyze market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
- Attend scientific conferences, trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer satisfaction, order fulfillment, and marketing initiatives.
Experience You'll Need:- Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related scientific discipline is required.
- Experience within the chemical, biochemistry, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry.
- Proven customer-facing experience in scientific sales, business development, technical support, or account management.
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel throughout assigned territory.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
