Your Mission & Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop Sales Representatives throughout the assigned region, fostering a culture of service, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Develop and execute a regional sales strategy that supports company objectives, increases market share, and drives profitable growth.
Establish regional sales goals and performance expectations while providing the resources, guidance, and support necessary for the team to succeed.
Monitor sales activity, customer trends, market conditions, pipelines, and performance results to identify risks and growth opportunities.
Support new business development by guiding prospecting efforts, identifying strategic accounts, and helping the sales team convert opportunities into long-term customer relationships.
