About the Role The Regional Sales Manager will drive regional sales performance by developing clinic leaders and holding each clinic in the region accountable to consistent, high-performance results. They will lead execution of the sales roadmap across an assigned multi-clinic region, aligning performance expectations and standardized practices at every location. They will cultivate a growth-oriented culture grounded in data-driven decision-making and clear accountability and will champion service excellence to deliver an exceptional customer experience. They will also partner across departments to remove barriers to performance and support regional results.
What You'll Do - Sales Performance & Execution: Drive achievement of sales targets by equipping clinic leadership with the techniques, tools, and structure needed to meet and exceed key performance indicator (KPI) goals. Lead execution of the sales roadmap across all clinics in the region, aligning performance expectations and standardized practices at every location. Launch and execute special promotions, team incentives, contests, and new initiatives. Foster a culture of exceptional service for both internal and external customers.
- Leader Development & Coaching: Develop high-performing leaders through coaching, counseling, and mentoring. Lead weekly manager meetings to build culture and align on priorities and expectations. Build a pipeline of candidates prepared for future leadership roles. Lead small group development sessions as needed to accelerate new leader readiness.
- Field Assessment & Operational Standards: Travel throughout an assigned multi-clinic region to complete full clinic assessments on a quarterly cadence and identify operational needs. Observe the consultation process and provide feedback to clinic leadership on execution quality. Verify adherence to company best practices, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) across the region. Partner with clinic teams to prevent gaps in operational execution.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Measure and monitor short-term and long-term goals and KPIs at both the team and individual level to identify issues and improve results. Review and report on location-level performance trends using sales dashboards to build an informed, proactive, and consistent management approach. Analyze root causes of underperformance and apply performance management SOPs to correct results. Communicate performance gaps, emerging risks, and market shifts to department leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Labor Management & Business Continuity: Prevent unnecessary clinic closures through proactive planning and resource allocation. Review labor reports and confirm clinics are operating within approved budgets. Interview candidates and make hiring decisions for clinic leadership roles. Audit employee and clinic schedules, address employee relations matters, and manage engagement to strengthen workplace culture.

What We're Looking For - High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED) required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of five years of team management experience required
- Multi-unit or multi-site leadership experience required
- Consultative sales experience required
- Professional background in laser hair removal or a closely related industry preferred
- Demonstrated professional interest in the aesthetics, beauty, or consumer health services industry preferred
- Ability to analyze performance data and translate findings into action plans
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time, including overnight travel
- Valid driver's license and ability to rent a vehicle
- Residence within the assigned region, or willingness to relocate, and within commuting distance of both a Milan Laser clinic and a major airport required
