Regional Sales Manager, Maryland/DC

Job Description

We have a position open for a Regional Sales Manager on our team in our Mid-Atlantic region! Ideal candidates will reside in or around the Baltimore/Washington DC area.

WhatYou'll Do Here...
  • You will continually promote and educate integrators, distributors, consultants, and end-users to benefit the use for all Axis solutions.
  • You maintain fluid and dedicated relations with prospects and current customers
  • You arrange and execute site visits to conduct product demonstrations, presentations, lunch and learns and speaking seminars
  • You work cohesively with Axis Communication's Partners
  • You recommend proper solutions and adequate product comparisons
  • You actively participate in trade shows, seminars, Axis Academies, Webinars and other promotional sales activities
  • Use Salesforce to manage your sales activity and reporting
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

We Believe You Will Need...
  • At least 2 years of sales experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
  • 5+ years' in sales driven position

  • Fluency in Microsoft Office applications


Physical demands:
  • Frequently required to lift 20-50 lbs, occasionally more.
  • Expected travel time for this position is between 10% and 20%.


Target Salary

The approximate pay range for this position is $150,000 to $165,000 OTE. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as physical work location within the state.
