Regional Sales Manager role offers the opportunity to work with distributors, consulting engineers, municipalities, contractors, and end users while directly influencing business success and long-term customer value.

What You Will Do- Develop and execute strategic territory sales plans that exceed revenue and growth objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor by promoting products, providing technical expertise and identifying customer solutions.
- Conduct regular in-person customer visits, presentations and training sessions.
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Operations and Marketing to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
- Monitor market trends, order patterns, backlog activity and competitive intelligence to uncover growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management and customer records through CRM tools.
- Coordinate travel, customer meetings and territory priorities efficiently.
- Support and mentor independent sales representatives where applicable.

Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil or Chemical preferred) or Business Administration/Marketing.
- 5-7 years of progressive sales or sales leadership experience.
- Waterworks, utility, infrastructure or related industry experience is highly desirable.
- Strong technical aptitude with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM platforms.
