Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead a high-performing team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and drive continued growth and market leadership across our HIZENTRA® and PRIVIGEN® immunoglobulin portfolio. This leader will translate strategy into strong regional execution through coaching, business ownership, customer engagement and cross-functional partnership.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead & Develop Talent: Lead, coach and develop ASMs to achieve strong business results while building their selling capability and ownership of the business. Create a culture of accountability, engagement, continuous improvement and high performance.
• Drive Business Performance: Develop and execute regional business plans aligned to national strategy. Use data and business insights to diagnose performance, identify growth opportunities, make clear choices about where to compete and allocate resources, and drive sales growth and market share gains.
• Execute Strategic Account Management: Drive strong execution across priority HCPs, health systems, specialty pharmacies and key accounts. Ensure teams understand customer needs, identify growth opportunities and execute account strategies that grow the HIZENTRA and PRIVIGEN portfolio.
• Build Key Relationships: Develop strong relationships with HCPs, KOLs and other key stakeholders while coaching ASMs to strengthen customer engagement. Partner effectively across functions to address barriers and unlock opportunities.
• Leverage Data & Insights: Use business performance, market dynamics and field insights to identify opportunities and risks, prioritize resources and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
• Recruit & Strengthen the Team: Attract, develop and retain high-performing talent. Provide timely, actionable coaching that strengthens ASM capability and performance, and address performance gaps with clarity and urgency.
• Lead Through Change: Provide clear direction and maintain strong team engagement through evolving business priorities, market dynamics and organizational change.
• Maintain Compliance: Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, applicable laws, regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree required
• 7+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech experience
• Prior field leadership experience preferred
• Proven track record of delivering strong sales performance
• Experience in specialty, biologics or immunology preferred
• Strong business acumen, analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Demonstrated coaching, people-development and talent-management capabilities
• Strong communication, customer engagement and relationship-building skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead through change and collaborate effectively across functions
• Ability to travel as required to effectively lead the region and support the business

• Field-based role with significant travel (50-75%)
